Not really, but let&#8217;s pretend they did though, because I&#8217;m a little down about having to leave the only job I ever loved this week, and I just don&#8217;t have enough brain juice to write a more creative lead in to post this great video of one of my favorite gym mates doing her thang.<\/p>\n<p>Now, back to the question at hand; what is Crossfit Poetry?
