When you hide and refuse to use your greatest potential, true friends and teachers will see it and refuse to accept it. They will refuse to listen to your weak voice, because it is full of the lies you have spent years telling yourself. They will believe in you, more than you believe in yourself, and they will hold you to the fire. When you meet with the unmovable forces that challenge you to face your demons, you have but two choices; you can dig in and work or walk away. Both choices cause suffering, only one choice will create something good and lovely.
