Things I am Learning

In life and as a fledgling athlete:
-Know when to push, but more importantly, know when to rest.
-Spend your strength wisely; live to fight another day.
-Don’t let your mind and body get all twisted and bent.
-But, if you find yourself a little twisted and bent, be too stubborn to fall.
-We’re only human, we’ll stumble, we’ll trip, we’ll crawl.
-Let’s be sure to help each other up, dust off and keep on walking.
-Again, rest is king; do what it takes to care for your body and mind…be at ease.
