I’m always a little puzzled when I drive past this farm, I only ever see these two horses buddied up in the pasture, and the name of the farm is “Dos Asnos”.
I have a limited grasp of spanish, but it means something like “Two Jackasses”, right?
So, it’s been on my mind the past few morning upon waking; wanting to remove all doubt I Google translated name. Yes indeed, “Two Jackasses”.
I often wonder, is it referring to the owners of the horses, or to the basic temperament of the horses? I’d be surprised… they seem so awesome. Maybe it’s a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde sort of thing, that’d be funny if it was their names, huh?
