The thing I love about this smartphone business, I always have decent photo and video taking capacity. I see really neat stuff and I love that I get to share it with you.
This nifty moth hung out on that same spot (right next to the door of one of the busier buildings at the ranch) for at least two days straight.
This one came a week later.
I love its coloring and they are very fuzzy. I have been speculating whether those “eye” markings and the coloring along the top rim of the inner and outer wings are meant to mimic some sort of caterpillar or snake. I thought it was interesting that as it fluttered its wings that it looked a little like a serpent wiggling around.
