Yesterday my readers went nuts clamoring for examples of how Crossfit is like functional poetry. Not really, but let’s pretend they did though, because I’m a little down about having to leave the only job I ever loved this week, and I just don’t have enough brain juice to write a more creative lead in to post this great video of one of my favorite gym mates doing her thang.
